结直肠肿瘤TIMPs表达定量研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨组织金属蛋白酶抑制物 (TIMPs)表达与结、直肠癌转移的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学的方法回顾性检测 60例结、直肠肿瘤石蜡标本中TIMP 1,TIMP 2的表达。应用图像分析的方法定量分析TIMP 1、TIMP 2在肿瘤组织及间质中的表达 ,并进一步探讨与肿瘤转移潜能之间的关系。结果 TIMP 1在肿瘤细胞中表达高于间质 (P <0 0 1) ,同时肿瘤细胞TIMP 1表达高于TIMP 2 (P <0 0 1)。无血管转移组TIMP 2表达高于有血管转移组 (P <0 0 1)。腺瘤组织TIMP 1、2表达均高于癌组织 (P <0 0 1)。结论 TIMPs在结直肠癌中的表达与抑制肿瘤转移相关。 To evaluate the relation between the expression of TIMPs and the metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods Aretrospective review was made of the expression of TIMP-1,TIMP-2 in paraffin-embedded specimens form 45 patients with colorectal cancer using immunohistochemical method.And the expression of cancers and the mesenchyma tissues was analyzed respectively using an image quantification analysis system.Finally,the relationshop between the expression of TIMPs and the potential metastasis ability of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of TIMP-1 in tumorous cells was significantly higher than that of in mesenchymal tissues( P <0 01) and than the expression of TIMP-2 in tumorous cells( P <0 01).The TIMP-2 expression of cancerous area was significantly higher in negative vessel involved group than that of vessel involved group( P <0 01).Furthermore,Both the TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 expressions of cancerous area were significantly higher in adenoma group than that of in cancer group( P <0 01).Conclusions The expression of TIMPs was relative to metastasis of colorectal tumor.
