摘要
目的 探讨组织金属蛋白酶抑制物 (TIMPs)表达与结、直肠癌转移的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学的方法回顾性检测 60例结、直肠肿瘤石蜡标本中TIMP 1,TIMP 2的表达。应用图像分析的方法定量分析TIMP 1、TIMP 2在肿瘤组织及间质中的表达 ,并进一步探讨与肿瘤转移潜能之间的关系。结果 TIMP 1在肿瘤细胞中表达高于间质 (P <0 0 1) ,同时肿瘤细胞TIMP 1表达高于TIMP 2 (P <0 0 1)。无血管转移组TIMP 2表达高于有血管转移组 (P <0 0 1)。腺瘤组织TIMP 1、2表达均高于癌组织 (P <0 0 1)。结论 TIMPs在结直肠癌中的表达与抑制肿瘤转移相关。
To evaluate the relation between the expression of TIMPs and the metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods Aretrospective review was made of the expression of TIMP-1,TIMP-2 in paraffin-embedded specimens form 45 patients with colorectal cancer using immunohistochemical method.And the expression of cancers and the mesenchyma tissues was analyzed respectively using an image quantification analysis system.Finally,the relationshop between the expression of TIMPs and the potential metastasis ability of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of TIMP-1 in tumorous cells was significantly higher than that of in mesenchymal tissues( P <0 01) and than the expression of TIMP-2 in tumorous cells( P <0 01).The TIMP-2 expression of cancerous area was significantly higher in negative vessel involved group than that of vessel involved group( P <0 01).Furthermore,Both the TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 expressions of cancerous area were significantly higher in adenoma group than that of in cancer group( P <0 01).Conclusions The expression of TIMPs was relative to metastasis of colorectal tumor.
