MMP-2、MMP-9和TIMP-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :研究基质金属蛋白酶MMP 2、MMP 9及组织金属蛋白酶抑制物TIMP 2在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及其生物学意义 ,并探讨其在肿瘤浸润和转移中的作用。 方法 :用免疫组化染色技术对 95例NSCLC石蜡组织标本的MMP 2、MMP 9及TIMP 2进行检测和分析。 结果 :MMP 2、MMP 9及TIMP 2不仅在肺癌细胞中呈阳性表达 ,阳性表达率明显高于癌旁的正常肺组织 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且其间质中的纤维细胞亦大量表达 ;MMP 2及MMP 9表达随着肿瘤病理分级和TNM分期增加而有增高趋势 ,而TIMP 2的阳性表达情况则有下降趋势。MMP 2表达与有淋巴结转移呈正相关 ,而TIMP 2则呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :MMP 2、MMP 9及TIMP Objectives:To investigate the expression and distribution of MMP 2?MMP 9 and TIMP 2 in human non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to evaluate the relationship between the expressions of MMP 2, MMP 9 and TIMP 2 and biological behavior of NSCLC. Methods:The expression of MMP 2,MMP 9 and TIMP 2 in 95 patients with NSCLC were examined using immunohistochemical methods (SP), and their relationship to many clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of MMP 2?MMP 9 and TIMP 2 in NSCLC were much higher than those in the normal lung tissues nearby ( P <0.01). The positive expressions of MMP 2 and TIMP 2 were associated with pathological grades and lymph node metastases of NSCLC( P< 0.05). Conclusions: The expression and distribution suggested that MMP 2 and TIMP 2 might play an important role in the aggressive biologic behavior of NSCLC.
