摘要 目的 观察CD44V 6和nm2 3 H 1蛋白在肺癌中的表达及其与肺癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 对 85例原发性肺癌采用S -P法进行免疫组化研究。结果 CD44V6蛋白表达与肺癌临床分期、病理分化程度和淋巴结转移呈正相关 ;nm 2 3 H1蛋白表达与肺癌临床分期、病理分化程度和淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,两者与肺癌的性别、年龄、肿块大小和病理类型无关。两蛋白表达呈负相关性。结论 CD44V 6和nm2 3 H1表达在肺癌转移过程中起着共同调节作用 ,可作为预测肿瘤转移潜能及预后的指标。 Objective To observe the expression of CD44V6 and nm23 H1 in lung carcinomas and their association with lung carcinomas metastasis.Methods Paraffin embedded tissues from 85 cases with primary lung carcinomas were investigated for expression of CD44V6 and nm23 H1 by immunohistochemistry(S-P method).Results The expression of CD44V6 protein was positively correlated with clinical staging?pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis.The expression of nm23 H1 protein was inversely correlated with clinical staging?pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis but the expression of CD44V6 and nm23 H1 were not correlated with sex?age? tumor size and pathological type.There was an inverse correlation between the expression of CD44V6 and nm23 H1.Conclusion CD44V6 and nm23 H1 probably play an important regulating role in the meastasis of lung neoplasm and they may be used as an index to forecast potential of the tumor metastasis and prognosis.
