妊娠28周前胎膜早破后再次妊娠的结局分析 被引量：1

摘要 观察妊娠中期胎膜早期破裂再次妊娠的结局。方法:回顾性分析1998年1月-2012年12月妊娠28周前胎膜早期破裂孕妇再次妊娠的结局,主要结局为再发胎膜早期破裂危险,分析与再次妊娠分娩相关因素。结果:100例患者妊娠28周前胎膜早期破裂且再次妊娠的孕妇中,36例(36.0%)早产,9例(9.0%)再次妊娠后28周前发生胎膜早期破裂。发生早产相关危险因素:阴道分泌物B组链球菌培养阴性,孕妇年龄增大,28周前胎膜早期破裂时孕龄。结论:妊娠28周前早期胎膜破裂孕妇再次妊娠发生胎膜早期破裂的危险性为9.0%,早产危险性为35.0%。
