胎膜早破214例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨胎膜早破与难产的有关因素及对围生期母婴的影响。方法:对2002年5月～2005年11月住院分娩临产前胎膜早破的孕妇214例进行回顾性分析,随机抽取同期无胎膜早破的孕妇214例作为对照组。结果:胎膜早破孕妇214例难产发生,出现早产、胎儿宫内窘迫、低体重儿、新生儿窒息及死亡,产褥发生率均较对照组高。结论:胎膜早破有明显的难产因素,一旦发生严密观察及处理,减少母婴并发症发生。
