摘要
钻头质量的优劣、与岩性和其他钻井工艺条件是否相适应等,影响着钻进速度、钻井质量和钻井成本。针对相应地层优化钻头设计参数,研制了钻头破岩试验系统。该系统采用液压装置给定钻压和转矩,计算机自动检测、控制并保存相关参数,能够真实模拟和分析钻井破岩机理,为钻头的优化设计提供试验数据。试验表明,该系统测试准确、性能可靠,应用前景广阔。
