PDC钻头切削齿工作区域及切削量的分析理论和计算方法 被引量:18

ANALYTICAL THEORY AND COMPUTATIONAL METHOD OF CONTACT AREA AND CUTTING VOLUME OF PDC BIT CUTTERS

摘要 在钻头沿井筒中心线作无偏心匀速旋转钻进运动的纯塑性切削假设条件下,定义了切削区域和切削截面的基本概念,建立了分析、计算PDC齿切削岩石过程中的齿刃切削区域、齿面切削区域以及切削截面的数学理论,并在此基础上介绍了用数值分析手段求取各齿切削刃弧长、切削面积、切削体积等切削量参数及其它相关参数的具体途径。该分析方法为准确分析和计算PDC钻头的切削工作载荷创造了基本条件,对提高钻头设计技术尤其是布齿设计技术的科学性具有重要意义。 This paper introduced the analytic theory and computational method for obtaining correlative geometric parameters with cutting processes of PDC bit cutters under the hypothesis that both the rotational and penetrating movement of bit were uniform,the bit center was concentric with the center of well bore,and the rock was ideal plastic with no side-cracking during cutting process.According to the theory and the method described,not only the shape of cutting section and contact region of each cutter can be determined,but also the distributions of contact edge lengths,areas of diamond contact regions,areas of cutting sections,and volumes of rock cuttings removed by cutters in one circle can be figured out accurately and efficiently by means of a computational program.Thus provides a basic condition for developing the theory of PDC bit drilling mechanics and the technique of bit design optimization.
