摘要
通过对井底模式形状的研究,对井底模式特征进行了探讨,提出了一组特征量,并用Fuzzy聚类方法分析得出特征量和钻头结构密切相关。用本文建立的机械钻速、牙轮传动比等参数的预测计算式计算的结果与实验结果吻合较好。
By studying the shape of bottomhole pattern, the paper has mainly made an approach to the bottomhole pattern characteristics, presented a group of characteristic parameters, and obtained the close relation between these parameters and the type of rock bit by fuzzy cluster. The results calculated by forecast equation of drilling speed, cone gear ratio etc. have accorded with those from experiments.
