摘要
设计并制作了一个三维压力传感器.通过用ANSYS计算,对传感器的尺寸、形状及贴片位置等参数进行优化设计,并通过试验对传感器的灵敏度、线性度等特性进行了分析.
A three dimensional pressure sensor is designed and manufactured. By using ANSYS as a tool for analysis, the sensor′s size, shape and the position of strain gauges in which are optimized. The linearity and sensitivity of the sensor are discussed.
