摘要
和谐劳动的基本原则是贯穿劳动过程,集中体现和谐劳动的指导思想,调整劳动关系以及与劳动关系密切联系的其他一些关系时所必须遵循的基本准则。从社会主义初级阶段的基本国情与劳动权利、劳动条件、劳动关系和劳动分配及其相关要素出发,社会主义和谐劳动应当坚持自主性原则、互利性原则、正义性原则和人道主义原则等基本伦理原则。
The basic principles of socialist harmonious labor involve the guiding ideology,which reflects harmonious labor throughout the labor process and the basic norms obligatorily followed in adjusting labor relations and others closely related to them.With the fundamental realities in China at the primary stage of socialism and such elements as rights,conditions,relations,allocation and other related ones of labor taken into consideration,the construction of socialist harmonious labor in China has to be escorted by such basically ethical principles as autonomy,mutual-benefit,justice and humanitarianism.
