摘要
任何创新都是要付出代价的,代价是为高等教育发展所做出的牺牲,在本质上代价与价值相关。我国高等教育制度创新的终极关怀,在于促进人的全面发展;其代价主要是高等教育现代化转型中的代价。在把握代价的成因、类型的基础上,我们应树立代价意识,科学决策,精心组织,力争把高等教育制度创新的代价降至最低,以最小的代价付出换取最大的发展进步。
All innovation will pay its costs, which being the sacrifice to develop the higher education, which being connected with the value in nature. To our system innovation of higher education, its terminal interest is to promote total development for human being, and its major cost comes from the modernization transformation of higher education. On the basis of grasping its cause and type, we must do ——constructing cost consciousness, making-decisions scientifically, organizing carefully, only in these ways can we realize our goals in the system innovation of higher education——the biggest development and progression, the least cost payment.
