CDC25B在大肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测细胞分裂周期蛋白25B(CDC25B)在正常大肠组织、大肠增生性息肉、大肠腺瘤及大肠癌组织中的表达,探讨其是否可以作为大肠癌早期诊断的分子标志物。方法采用免疫组化染色(SP法)技术检测50例大肠癌组织、30例大肠腺瘤组织、10例大肠增生性息肉组织、10例正常大肠组织中CDC25B的表达。结果 CDC25B在在正常大肠、大肠增生性息肉、大肠腺瘤及大肠癌组织中的表达率分别为0、0、53.33%和76.00%,与大肠癌组织比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CDC25B的表达与血清CEA有相关性(P<0.05),而与大肠癌患者的发病年龄、性别、民族、肿瘤大小、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、组织学分级、血清CA-199及远处转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 CDC25B在大肠腺瘤及大肠癌中高表达,其可能参与了大肠腺瘤到大肠癌的转变过程;CDC25B在大肠癌组织的表达与大肠癌患者血清CEA有关,表明CDC25B表达可能参与了大肠癌发生发展,在大肠癌的进展中起一定的作用。 Objective To detect the expression of cell division cycle 25 homolog B (CDC25B) in normal colorectal tissue,eolo- rectal hyperplastic polyps, colorectal adenoma and eolorectal cancer, and explore whether it could be used as early diagnosis of colorectal cancer of molecular markers. Methods The expression of CDC25B was detected by immunohistochemieal ( S - P method) in 50 cases with colorectal cancer,30 cases with coloreetal adenomas, 10 cases with colorectal hyperplastic polyps and 10 cases with normal colon tis- sue. Results CDC25B expression rates were 0,0,53.33% and 76.00% in normal eolorectal tissue, colorectal hyperplastic polyps, colorectal adenomas, eolorectal cancer. There were significantly differences compared with coloreetal cancer ( P 〈 0.05 ). CDC25 B expres- sion was related with the serum CEA (P 〈 0.05 ). CDC25B expression was not related with in colorectal cancer patient' s age, sex, eth- nicity,tumor size, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, the histological grade, serum CA- 199 and distant metastasis (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion CDC25Bis highly expressed in coloreetal adenoma and colorectal cancer,it may be involved in the change process in color- ectal adenomas to colorectal cancer. CDC25B expression is related with serum CEA for colorectal cancer which shows that CDC25B ex- pression may participate development in eolorectal cancer, plays a role in the development of eolorectal cancer.
