Cdc42基因在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目的近年来Rho家族蛋白在肿瘤方面的研究进展很快,Rho家族蛋白在调节包括细胞骨架的构建、细胞黏附、细胞周期过程在内的多种生物学功能中占据重要的地位,其中Cdc42是一个具有代表性和研究得比较多的小分子G蛋白[1]。这种小分子量G蛋白具有GTP酶活性,参与细胞周期调控和基因转录的调节。在调节细胞骨架、细胞运动、细胞凋亡、细胞恶性转化及肿瘤的浸润、转移等方面发挥重要作用。最近的研究显示Cdc42的高表达与肿瘤基因相关[2、3]。
