摘要
目的探讨细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)和p16蛋白表达与胆管癌临床病理特征和患者预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测50例胆管癌和20例正常胆管组织中Cyclin D1及p16蛋白表达水平,并结合胆管癌的病理学行为和临床随访资料进行分析。结果在胆管癌中Cyclin D1和p16蛋白阳性表达率分别为72.0%(36/50)和42.0%(21/50)。胆管癌中Cyclin D1表达阳性率显著高于正常胆管组织(P<0.05),而p16表达阳性率显著低于正常胆管组织(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1和p16表达与胆管癌分化程度、TNM分期、转移及患者生存期相关(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1和p16表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.68,P<0.05)。结论检测Cyclin D1和p16基因蛋白表达可作为评估胆管癌生物学行为和预后的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of adhesion molecules Cyclin Dland pl6 protein expression in human cholangiocarcinomas and their relationship between the pathological behavior and prognosis, Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 and pl6 protein in 50 cases of cholangiocarcinomas and 20 cases of normal bile duct tissues. The study was also combined with analysis of the pathological behavior and follow-up data. Results The positive rates of Cyclin D1 pl6 protein in cholangiocarcinomas were 68.0% (36/50) and 42.0% (21/50) respectively. The positive rate of Cyclin D1 protein in cholangiocarcinomas was higher than mormal tissues (P〈0.05), but the pl6 protein was lower than that in normal tissues (,o〈0.05). The expression of Cyclin D1 and pl6 protein was positively correlated to tumor grading, TNM staging, differentiation degree and prognosis than that in normal tissues (P〈0.05). The expression of Cyclin D1 was negatively correlated to that ofpl6 in cholangiocarcinomas (r=-0.68, P〈0.05). Conclusion Expression of tumor suppressor Cyclin D1 and pl6 protein can be helpful in the prediction of the biological behavior and prognosis of cholangiocarcinomas.
