摘要
专业发展过程中的创新型教师是能不断提高自己的教育素养,积极投入教育创新,实现教育价值并不断发展的教师。这种教师是良性的动态发展中的教师,其素养构成应包括教育的基本素质、教育创新的倾向性、教育创新的能力和行为,以及教育创新的产品。其素质的养成应在增强主体教育自我意识的基础上,通过外部培训、环境支持和评价激励机制等共同作用来实现。
On the view of professional development, innovative teachers are those who can improve their education quality continuously, are engaged in education innovation actively and gain the education value and develop themselves. They are always in dynamic developing. The basic quality of education, the tendency, behavior, and products of education innovation constitute the qualities of innovative teachers. To construct these qualities, teachers should strengthen their self- awareness on education, get external training and environmental support and be inspired by evaluation mechanisms.
