摘要
随着传统教育向创新素质教育目标的转移 ,对教师创新心理素质的重新约定势在必行。教师的创新心理素质包括 :教师的创新意识———动力系统、教师的知识结构———能源系统、教师的创新能力———操作系统、教师的创新人格———保障系统。
As the traditional target of education is changing into the target of creative education, it is necessary to re establish the psychological qualities of creativity of teachers.The qualities should include creative consciousness, creative ability, creative personality,creative behaviour and a reasonable knowledge structure
