摘要
研究了钢纤维混杂玄武岩纤维增强水泥砂浆的基本力学性能并分析了其微观增强增韧机理。研究表明:混杂纤维降低了材料的抗压强度,但是抗弯强度和劈拉强度提高非常明显;材料的弯曲韧性变化并不显著,但是由于玄武岩纤维的微观增强作用,材料的等效抗弯强度在较小挠度值范围内具有明显提高。研究认为:钢纤维与玄武岩纤维增强水泥砂浆表现出了良好的正混杂效应,混杂纤维的最佳掺量为钢纤维1.25%玄武岩纤维0.3%。
Basic mechanical properties and strengthening mechanisms of steel and basalt hybrid fiber-reinforced cement mortar were in- vestigated.The results indicated that the compressive strength of hybrid fiber-reinforced mortar was decreased,but the flexural strength and split tensile strength were improved significantly.Although the flexural toughness did not change obviously, the equivalent flexural strength at small deflection scale was enhanced due to the microscale strengthening contribution of basalt fiber.It is believed that steel and basalt fiber achieved an excellent positive hybrid effect and the optimal fiber content was 1.25% steel fiber and 0.3% basalt fiber.
