摘要
玄武岩纤维是一种纯天然的无机非金属材料,被誉为21世纪无污染的"万能"纤维。将玄武岩纤维用水泥净浆包裹,再与混凝土搅拌而制成的玄武岩纤维混凝土(BFRC),其基本力学性能有较好的提高。随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增加,BFRC的抗压强度逐渐增加,尤其早期强度提高明显,劈拉、弯拉强度也有不同幅度的增加;SEM照片显示,BFRC中纤维与水泥石界面的联结性比较好,且混凝土的孔隙率低。最后进一步分析了玄武岩纤维对混凝土基本力学性能的增强机理。
Basalt fiber,which is praised for its non-contaminative omnipotence,is a natural inorganic non-metallic material,BFRC of which mechanical properties has a good improving with basalt fiber wrapped with grout and then mixed with concrete.The results showed that,with the dosage increase of basalt fiber,the compressive strength especially the early strength of BFRC enhanced clearly,so do the splitting tensile strength, flexural strength.It is showed from the SEM pictures that the status of basalt fiber adhered to cement paste is well, and the porosity ration of concrete is low.Besides, the reason why basalt fiber has effect on mechanical properties of concrete was also analyzed.
