摘要
对钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混杂增强水泥砂浆的弯曲性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,混杂纤维增强水泥砂浆的弯曲性能,比单一纤维增强水泥砂浆的弯曲性能明显地得到改善,这种混杂纤维缯强水泥砂浆的复合材料,能很好地发挥出钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维各自增强水泥砂浆的优点。
In this paper,the flexural behaviour of steel fibre and polypropylene fibre hybrid-reinforced cement mortar is investigated. The main intention is to seek for a composite material combining the strong points of mortars reinforced by steel fibre or polypropylene fibre alone and eliminating their existing shortcomings. Futhermore, this material should have high first-crack strength and toughness.
Experimental results indicate that the flexural behaviour of the hybrid fibre reinforced cement mortar is obviously improved. This composite material has the advantages of both the steel and polypropylene fibre reinforced cement mortars.
