摘要
研究了不同尺寸(微细、中等)钢纤维混杂增强水泥砂浆的力学性能.结果表明:在钢纤维体积分数一定的情况下,混杂钢纤维对水泥砂浆力学性能的改善作用可优于单一直径钢纤维;不同尺寸钢纤维的混杂对水泥砂浆抗折强度的提高具有明显的混杂效应;集胶比是影响混杂钢纤维水泥砂浆力学性能的重要因素,集胶比越大,最优钢纤维混杂所需中等直径钢纤维的体积分数也应越大;2种不同直径钢纤维的混杂对水泥砂浆断裂能及断裂韧性的提高有协同效应.
Mechanical properties of micro-diameter and medium-diameter steel fiber reinforced cement mortar were investigated. At a constant steel fiber volume fraction, the increase of mechanical properties of cement mortar reinforced by hybrid steel fiber can be larger than that by monodiameter steel fiber. Different size hybrid steel fiber shows distinct hybrid effect on flexural stren stee stee gth of cement mortar. The ms/mB is an important factor for mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced cement mortar. With increase of ms/mB, it needs more medium-diameter fiber to substitute micro-diameter steel fiber in hybrid steel fiber system. The hybrid systems of two steel fibers with different diameter have synergetic effect on fracture energy and toughness of cement mortar.
