摘要
中药治银片的毒性实验提示,口服相当于临床成人每日用药量5倍的治银片,小白鼠72h内无异常表现及死亡,对大、小白鼠的肝、肾、脾、肺无毒性作用。为临床安全、有效地推广使用治银片提供了依据。
The toxicity experiment of Zhiyin tablet, a traditionary Chinese medicine, suggests that it is of no death and abnormal phenomena for a white mouse to take the dosage of Zhiyin tablets orally, which is equal to 50 times of clinical daily dosage for an adult, within 72 hours and of no toxicity effect on the livers, kidnies, spleens and lungs of both white mice and rats for them to take the same dosage of Zhiyin tablets respectively. This has provided scientific basis for the safe and effective spread and use of Zhiyin tablet in clinic.
