摘要
采用电位滴定法[1] 测定治银片中乌梅的主要酸成份枸橼酸的含量。实验结果表明 ,本法操作简单快速 ,样品可不分离 ,各组分干扰小 ,重现性好 ,可作为治银片中酸的质量检测标准。
The paper reports the main component citric acid content determination of Mume in ZhiYinPian by potentiometric titration.The result shows that the method is simple, conveninent and reproducible.The samples needn't be seperated and have no interference within components. This method can be served as a criterion of controlling the quality of ZhiYinPian.
