摘要
采用紫外分光光度法[1] 测定治银片中黄芩的主要成份黄芩甙含量 ,实验结果表明 ,本法操作简便 ,样品可不经分离 ,各组分无干扰 ,重现性好 ,结果稳定 ,可用作治银片质量检定标准。
The paper reported the main component bacicalin content determination of baicalensis in ZhiYinPian by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry.The result showed that the method was simple,conveninent,reproducible and stable.The Samples needn′t be seperated and were no interference within components.This method could provide standards for controlling the quality of ZhiYinPian.
