摘要
用中药治银片治疗进行期寻常型银屑病42例,痊愈24例(57.14％),基愈5例(11.9％),显效7例(16.67％),有效2例(4.76％),无效4例(9.52％),总有效率为90.48％。疗效较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),较乙双吗啉组亦有明显提高(P<0.05),与白血宁组则无明显差异(P>0.05)。临床观察还表明,治银片无副作用无蓄积中毒现象,可长期服用,且药源丰富,经济安全,可望在进一步研究的基础上推广。
Fouty-two patients with progressive psoriasis vulgaris were treated with tablet Zhi Yin ( Chinese materia medica). 24 patients (57.14%) were cured, 5 patients(11.99%)nearly cured, 7 Patients(16.67%) markedly cured; there's much improvement in 2 cases ( 4.7% ) and no improvement in 4 cases ( 9.52%). The response rate is 90.48%. The therapeutic efficacy is significantly higher than both that of control group ( P<0.01 ) and that of bimolane group (p<0.05 ) while there's no difference compared with aminoterin group ( p>0.05 ). In our experience, tablet Zhi Yin has no side-effects and no accumulating toxic effect.
