摘要
从大学生村官个体出发,研究如何在"中国梦"国家政策的统领下形成科学的职业价值观,继而协调大学生村官个体的主动适应策略和基层组织支持策略,最终推进大学生村官政策的有效提升。
Starting from individual of student village official, how to form scientific occupational values under the command of ＂China Dream＂ national policy was studied, and then the initiative adaption strategy of student village official individuals and grassroots organization supporting strategy was coordinated, ultimately promoting the effective improvement of student village official policy.
