摘要
以江苏、山东、安徽、上海等地240名大学生村官为被试,通过问卷调查,对大学生村官职业发展与工作适应之间内在关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,择业动机、职业路径规划对大学生村官工作适应具有显著影响,自我职业生涯管理可预测大学生村官的工作适应状况。
By the survey of 240 college-graduate village officials from Jiangsu,Shandong,Anhui,Shanghai,the inner relationship between career development and work adjustment was studied.The results showed that choosing profession motive and career path planning have positive effects on work adjustment of college-graduate village officials;individual career management has significant effects on work adjustment.
