摘要
切削力、切削温度等是反映切削过程的主要指标。传统的切削研究,主要是从切削理论和切削试验两个方面来进行,随着计算技术的发展,有限元法因其独有的特点和优点,逐渐成为切削过程的研究和仿真的一种有效手段。本文分别从切削过程有限元仿真的国内外研究现状、有限元软件应用及发展趋势等方面进行了分析。
Cutting force, cutting temperature is a reflection of the main indicators of the cutting process. Traditional cutting research, mainly in two aspects from cutting theory and cutting tests, with the development of computing technolo- gy, finite element method with its unique features and advantages of becoming an effective means of study and simulation of the cutting process. In this paper, from the finite element simulation of the cutting process research status, finite element software applications and development trends are analyzed.
