摘要
通过对纵向振动变幅杆的研究,提出了一种新型的以两个相互垂直方向同时激励的超声波椭圆振动切削系统的结构,分析了实现振动方式转换的机理,利用MATLAB对结构中刀尖轨迹进行分析,并利用有限元分析方法对变幅杆结构进行动力学分析。
An ultrasonic elliptical cutting vibration structure with two perpendicula prompting was presented through studying the longitudinal vibration horn.Theoretical analysis realizes the transformation mechanism of vibration way.The path of cutting tool was simulated with MATLAB.Based on the mode analysis of the finite element method,its dynamic parameters are obtained theoretically.
