摘要 利用有限元法分析了残余应力与刀具前角和切削刃钝圆半径的关系。结果表明:在前角一定变化范围内,随着前角的增加,工件表面产生的残余拉应力的值先增大后减小,残余拉应力层的厚度与刀具前角关系不明显;残余应力随着切削刃钝圆半径增大而减小,但残余应力层的厚度增大。 The residual stress under different cutting conditions was analyzed by FEM simulation. The results show that, in a certain range of rake angle, the tensile residual stress generated on the workpiece surface increases with rake angle at first and decreases subsequently. The residual stress layer thickness has no obvious relation with the increase of rake angle value. The residual stress decreases gradually with the increase of rounded cutting edge radius, but the depth of residual stress layer thickness becomes larger.
