摘要
采用有限元数值计算法对低温湿式磨削液的冷却性能进行了模拟,获得了低温湿式磨削的温度曲线;通过磨削实验验证了有限元数值仿真结果。研究表明:低温切削磨削液能够增强磨削液的冷却性能,充分发挥其降低磨削温度的效能,减少工件热膨胀,提高加工精度。
The cooling performance of the low temperature field used in wet grinding is modeled based on FEM code ABAQUS. And the temperature contour map of wet grinding temperature field is obtained. Compared with grinding experiments, the simulation result of FEM model is proved to be right. The study results show that the low temperature wet cutting grinding fluid performs better than the traditional cutting fluid, and it has better characters in cooling ability, restraining the thermal expansion of workpieces and improving the machining accuracy.
