摘要
采用以石油醚作为溶剂的索氏提取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取新丰生姜精油,选用的物料比与提取时间为不确定因素,从中确定较佳的姜油提取条件;并用气相-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对姜油成分进行分析和鉴定。结果表明,前者的较佳提取条件为水浴温度85℃,物料比1∶8,提取时间6h,所得姜油主要成分为挥发性的倍半萜类化合物,还含有少量挥发性单萜类化合物及相当量非挥发性的姜辣素(姜树脂);后者的较佳提取条件为浸泡时间4h,物料比1∶15,蒸馏2h,所得姜油主要成分为挥发性的单萜类化合物和挥发性倍半萜类化合物.
Methods: Ginger oil from Xinfeng ginger (Zingiher officinale Rosc) was extracted by Soxhelt method and steam distillation method with petroleum ether as solvent. By the uncertainties of the material ratio and extraction time, the extraction yield and the better ginger oil extraction conditions were determined. The composition of ginger oil was isolated and identified by GC-- MS. Results: the better extraction conditions of Soxhelt method: 85 ℃ of water bath temperature, 1:8 of material ratio and 6 h of extracting time. The main components of ginger oil are volatile sesquiterpenoids besides a small amount of volatile terpenoids and non-- volatile gingerol (ginger oleoresin). The better extraction conditions of steam distillation method: 4h of soaking time, 1:15 of material ratio and 2 h of distillation time. The main components of ginger oil is volatile terpenoids and volatile sesquiterpenoids.
