摘要
目的探讨CD4+CD25high调节性T淋巴细胞在强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)发生、发展中的意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测40例AS患者(AS组)和20例体检健康者(对照组)外周血CD4+CD25high调节性T淋巴细胞及人类白细胞抗原B27(human leucocyte antigen B27,HLA-B27)、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平,并进行比较。结果 HLAB27阳性AS组外周血CD4+CD25high调节性T淋巴细胞表达((11.41±3.69)%)明显高于对照组((8.78±2.84)%)(P<0.01)。AS组血沉((14.54±9.10)mm/h)及C-反应蛋白((6.51±4.18)mg/L)均高于对照组((8.55±5.56)mm/h和(3.39±2.32)mg/L)(P<0.01)。结论 HLA-B27阳性AS患者外周血CD4+CD25high调节性T淋巴细胞比率增高,并可能与AS疾病进程有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of CD4+ CD25^high regulatory T (Treg) cells in the development and progression of ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods The levels of CD4+ CD25^high Treg cells, human leucocyte antigen B27 (HLA-B27), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were determined by flow cytometry and were compared between 40 patients with AS and 20 healthy controls. Results The level of CD4+ CD25^high Treg cells was higher in positive-HLA-B27 AS patients ((11. 41±3. 69)%) than that in health controls ((8. 78±2.84)%) (P〈0.01). The levels of CRP and ESR were significantly higher in AS patients ((14. 54±9. 10)mm/h and (6.51±4. 18) rag/L) than those in health controls ((8. 55±5. 56)mm/h and (3. 39±2. 32) mg/L) (P〈0.01). Conclusion The proportion of CD4+ CD25^high regulatory T cells increases in positive-HLA-B27 AS patients, which might contribute to the development of AS.
