摘要
良好的医患沟通能力是老年病科医师必须具有的素质。作者在老年病科进行了医患沟通能力的教学,内容包括:医患沟通的基本知识与现状、医患沟通与交流的基本技能、医患沟通时的交际心理、如何与特殊疾病老年患者沟通和医患沟通技能实践训练。经评估取得了满意的教学效果。
Good medical communication capabilities are essential for geriatrics physician. Medical com- munication capability teaching of the doctors of geriatrics were implemented which included basic knowledge and present situation, basic skills, communication psychology, how to communicate with elderly patients with specific diseases and practical training skills. After a preliminary assessment of teaching, we achieved satisfactory results.
