摘要
目的探讨渗透人文精神的临床教学效果。方法将95名本科医学生分为两组,即渗透有人文精神的试验组48人,传统老年病课程教学的对照组47人,考核采用《全球医学教育最基本要求》,两组评分结果行t检验。结果两组学生的得分有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在老年病教学中渗透人文精神能培养良好的兼具科学精神和人文精神的医学人才。
Objective To investigate the effect of teaching achievement of humanities courses joined with disease in gerontology. Methods 95 medical students were randomly divided into two groups:experiment group (n=48) and control group (n=47). Students in experiment group accepted humanities courses joined with disease in gerontology, while control group accepted only traditional courses in gerontology without humanism. Both of the two groups were under the same teacher and study period,and the global minimum essential requirements of undergraduate medical education was adopted ao the final examination. The marks of two groups were tested by t-test. Results There are obvious differences of teaching achievement between the two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion The new teaching method which adds humanities courses in gerontology has a better teaching effect than the traditional one.
