摘要
北京 33号桃在 1,5 ,10℃条件下 ,乙烯的释放高峰均在采后 16d出现 ,5℃和 10℃贮藏乙烯的释放高峰值为 1℃下的 5倍及 14倍。 1℃贮藏果实的呼吸高峰向后推迟 ,不同贮藏温度影响果实的硬度和颜色 ,果实贮藏 30d ,1℃贮藏比 10℃贮藏的硬度高 2 3倍 。
The highest ethylene release value of Beijing 33 # peach was observed 16 days after storage at 1,5 and 10℃. The ethylene release value of fruit stored at 5 and 10℃ were 5 and 14 times of that at 1℃. The respiration peak of fruit at 1℃ was delayed. Temperatures affected the firmness and color of stored fruits. The firmness of fruit at 1℃ was 23 times of that at 10℃ after 30 days storage, and the fruit at 1℃ had bright color.
