摘要
概述了高等植物中的脂肪酸氧化的脂氧合酶（ＬＯＸ）途径；ＬＯＸ与乙烯、茉莉酸、脱落酸和果实成熟衰老的关系；ＬＯＸ基因及其在果实成熟衰老进程中的表达模式等。对ＬＯＸ在果实成熟衰老过程中的可能作用机理进行了讨论。
This review focuses on lipoxygenase(LOX) pathway of fatty acids in higher plants;the relationships between LOX and ethylene,jasmonic acid,abscisic acid,and fruit senescing;LOX gene expression pattern during fruit ripening.The role of LOX in fruit ripening and senescing was discussed as well.
