摘要
综述了1-MCP对果实乙烯释放量、呼吸强度、贮藏品质、果实软化及采后病害的作用效果,对1-MCP在果品贮藏保鲜上的研究与应用前景进行了展望。
The effects of 1-MCP on ethylene production, respiration rate, storage quality, fruit softening and postharvest disease of fruit were reviewed. And the prospects of research and application of 1-MCP were discussed in this paper.
