摘要
介绍了用水解制备超细球形TiO2的方法,详细讨论了浓度、酸度的变化对制备超细球形TiO2的影响,不同煅烧温度对球形TiO2晶型的影响,用透射电镜分析了TiO2的粒度和形貌,得到了分散性好、金红石型结构、2μm左右的球形TiO2。
The superfine spherical particals of TiO2 was p repared by hydrolysis method. The effect of pH, concentration of reactant on the formation of spherical partical was discussed. The formation demand of spherica l partical was given. The influence of different calcining temperature on the pa rtical size, shape and crystalline was investigated. Rutile TiO2 spherical par ticals about 2μm with well dispersed was obtained.
