摘要
本研究采用了一种新颖的粉体制备方法-醇-水溶液加热法来制备纳米ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)粉体.实验结果表明:通过选择适当的条件,该方法可制得粒径小、团聚少的纳米ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)粉体.与通常的共沉淀法相比。该方法制得的粉体因形成一种“包裹”结构,使得单斜相含量随煅烧温度的升高而减少,从而更有利于烧结.
A novel method which involved the heating of a ZrOCl2 and Y(NO3)3 solution with an alcoholwater miXture as a solvent was used to synthesize the nanoparticles of ZrO2(3Y). By choosingthe composition of the solvent mixture and adding appropriate dispersant, weakly agglomeratedpowders of ZrO2(3Y) with the average particle size of 11-15um can be obtained. Contrast with theordinary trend of the powder synthesized by coprecipitation, the monoclinic phase in this powderdecreases when the calcination temperature rising from 600℃ to 900℃, the mechanism of thisphenomenon was investigated. High-density and fine-particle Y-TZP ceramics were obtained bypressureless sintering.
