摘要
研究了利用改进的碳化法合成超细球形碳酸钙的可行性. 考察了布气方式(板式及管式气体分布器)、化学添加剂以及CO2/N2混合气体组成对碳酸钙粒径和形貌的影响. 结果表明,采用小气泡及CO2含量较高的混合气体有利于形成超细碳酸钙,加入少量添加剂如ZnCl2,MgCl2或EDTA可明显改变碳酸钙粒子的形貌和大小.
The feasibility of preparing super-fine CaCO3 powder by an improved carbonation method was studied.The influence of gas distribution, chemical agents and CO2/N2 mixture on the size and morphology of CaCO3 was investigated. Bubbles with smaller size and gas mixture with higher CO2 concentration are favorable to the formation of super-fine CaCO3. The morphology and diameter of CaCO3 product are influenced obviously by the addition of additives such as ZnCl2, MgCl2 or EDTA .
