摘要
以Ti(SO4) 2 水溶液为前驱物 ,尿素为沉淀剂 ,采用水热沉淀法制备TiO2 纳米粉体。利用XRD、TEM、DTA等分析测试手段对所得TiO2 粉体的晶相组成、晶体形貌等性质进行了研究 ,讨论了晶粒尺寸与前驱物摩尔比、反应温度、保温时间之间的关系。结果表明 ,前驱物摩尔比为 1∶2~ 1∶4,在 1 40~2 0 0℃保温 2~ 6h的水热条件下 ,可制得粒径为十几纳米的锐钛矿型TiO2 晶体。实验得出 ,随着前驱物摩尔比减少、反应温度升高、保温时间延长 ,晶体粒径增大。
Nanocrystalline anatase titania powders were prepared by hydrothemal treatment of a mixed solution of Ti(SO 4) 2(0 5M)and urea The crystal phase,grain size and morphology of the prepared powders were studied by XRD,TEM and DTA techniques The influences of [Ti(SO 4) 2]/[Urea],temperature and soaking time were discussed in details The prepared TiO 2 powders are anatase with 10~20nm in diameter under the conditions of the ratio [Ti(SO 4) 2]/[Urea]=1∶2~1∶4 and 140~200℃ for 2~6hours The experiment shows that the grain size increases with the decrease of the molar ratio [Ti(SO 4) 2]/[Urea], rise in reaction temperature and prolongation of soaking time
