摘要
该研究以汽爆毛白杨木粉作为底物 ,研究了反应温度、作用 pH值、酶的用量和作用时间对纤维素酶解的影响 .研究结果表明 :反应温度、作用 pH值、酶的用量和作用时间对纤维素酶解爆破后的毛白杨木粉都有很大的影响 .酶解最佳条件 :温度 45℃、pH 5 .0、时间 80h ,酶的用量 2 5U/g .
In this research, using Chinese white poplar Populus tomentosa powder made by steam explosion as substrate, reaction temperature, solution pH value, loading of cellulase and hydrolysis time on cellulase hydrolysis degree are discussed. The results are: reaction temperature, solution pH value, loading of cellulase and hydrolysis time have great effect on cellulase hydrolysis degree. The best conditions for cellulase hydrolysis are 45 ℃, pH 5.0,80 h and 25 U/g dried steam exploded poplar wood powder.
