香菇柄酶解糖化过程的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对以麸皮与香菇柄为原料、绿色木霉为菌种的固态发酵产酶进行了研究。结果表明:m(麸皮)∶m(香菇柄粉)为3∶2、料水比为1∶2.0、起始pH值为5.00时,所产纤维素酶水解香菇柄的得糖率最高。在此基础上进一步设计了4因素3水平正交实验,得到最佳水解工艺条件为:底物含量5%,酶量400FPA/100mL水,pH值5.00,温度50℃。在此条件下,香菇柄的得糖率达63.2%。 Taking bran and Lentinus edodes handle as raw material, the strain Trichoderma viride for solid-state fermentation was studied. Experiments showed that when mass ratio of bran to Lentinus edodes handle powder was 3 : 2, ratio of material to water was 1 : 2.0 and inital pH value was 5.00,the produced cellulase for enzymatic hydrolysis of Lentinus edodes handle was the most effective with a highest sugar rate relatively. On this basis, orthogonal test of four factors and three levels was designed. Through the orthogonal test results, the optimum enzymolysis conditions for Lentinus edodes handle were determined as follows, substrate content 5%, enzyme amount 400 FPA/100 mL water, pH value 5.00, temperature 50℃. And the sugar rate of Lentinus edodes handle was up to 63.2 %.
