摘要
目的 建立测定黄连上清片中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Thermo BDS Hypersil C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水（15∶85）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为238 nm.结果 栀子苷进样量在0.023 45～0.469 0μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.45％,RSD=1.13％（n=6）.结论 该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于黄连上清片的质量控制.
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for determining the gardenoside content in Huanglianshangqing Tablets.Methods The chromatographic system consisted of the Thermo BDS Hypersil C18 column（150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-water （15：85） as the mobile phase.The wavelength was 238 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The sample size of gardenoside in the range of 0.023 45-0.469 0 μg had a good linear relation with peak area integral value （r =0.999 9）,the average recovery rate was 99.45％,RSD =1.13％ （n =6）.Conolusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Huanglianshangqing Tablets.
