摘要
目的:建立黄连上清胶囊中栀子苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为BOSTON C_(18)(250 mm×4.6,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为238 nm。结果:栀子苷浓度在0.041 2~0.823 0μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.31%,RSD为0.72%(n=6),3批样品的平均含量为1.5842μg/g。结论:该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为黄连上清胶囊的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Gardenoside in Huanglianshangqing capsule by HPLC. Methods： The analytical column was the BOSTON GREEN ODS C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase ofacetonitrile-water（15： 85）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the detection wavelength of 238 nm. Results： Gar- denoside showed the linear relationship within the range of 0.041 2-0.823 0 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）, and the average recovery of Gardenoside was 99.31%, and RSD：0.72%（n=6）. The average content of 3 batches of samples was 1.584 2 μg/g. Con- clusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. Its can be used in the quality control of Huanglianshangqing capsule.
