An Integrative Model of Workplace Bullying

摘要 职场欺负是建立在实施者和受欺负者双方权力不均衡性基础上的一种重复且持续发生的职场行为。整合模型从产生路径、影响因素、作用过程以及影响结果等方面,对职场欺负的整个作用机制进行了阐述,并指出职场欺负不仅影响当事人双方的身心健康,还会产生波及效应,影响到群体中的旁观者以及组织效能。未来研究可考虑在研究范式、研究内容和研究对象等方面进行相应扩展。 Workplace bullying is a form of negative behavior at workplace. It refers to the repeated and enduring actions and involves an imbalance of power between the perpetrator and the victim. The integrative model explains the key antecedents, process and consequences of workplace bullying, and its ripple effect on the bystanders and the organization. In addition, suggestions about the contents, participants and paradigms for future research are provided.
