摘要
本文研究了氨水介质中,1,10-菲咯啉加速过氧化氢氧化茜素褪色的新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了动力学直接光度法测定微量1,10-菲咯啉的新方法。其灵敏度为6.80×10^(-9)mol/L,测定范围0~20×10^(-6)mol/L,操作简便、快速。该法用于测定乙醇溶液中的1,10-菲咯啉,获得满意的结果。
In aqueous ammonia,trace 1,10-phenanthroline can catalyze a new discolouring reaction in which hydrogen peroxide oxidizes alizarin,and its kinetic condition is proposed. A new method for the direct determination of trace 1,10-phenanthroline is obtained by spe- ctrophotometry.The detectable sensitivity of the method is 6.80×10^(-9)mol/L,the range of determination is 0 to 20×10^(-6)mol/L for 1,10-phenanthroline.The method was simple and rapid,and was applied to the determination of trace 1,10-phonanthroline in high purity alcohol with satisfactory results.
