重组人干扰素α-2b对宫颈分泌物sIgA和细胞因子影响的初步观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察不同剂量重组人干扰素α-2b对HPV感染者宫颈分泌物sIgA和细胞因子的作用。方法:120例宫颈高危型HPV感染者分为空白对照组30例,观察组90例。其中,观察组按使用干扰素剂量不同分为高、中、低3个剂量组,观察HPV感染者宫颈分泌物中sIgA和IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10细胞因子的含量变化。结果:用药后观察组IFN-γ、TNF-α含量升高,sIgA、IL-4、IL-10含量降低;观察组中,高剂量组各项细胞因子的含量指标变化较低剂量组更明显(P<0.05)。空白对照组和观察组在用药前后的sIgA和各细胞因子含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素可以使宫颈分泌物中sIgA和各细胞因子含量发生明显变化,从而可能通过调节Th1/Th2的平衡增强人体对宫颈局部病毒的免疫力。 Objective:To explore the effect of recombinant human interferon in different dose on slgA and cytokines in cervical secretion. Methods.120 patients with the infection of high risk HPV were assigned into control group(30 cases)and 3 treatment groups(30 cases in each group). The treatment groups included high, middle and low dose group,to observe the change of the content of slgA and cytokines TFN-γ,TNF-α, IL-4,1L-10 in cervical secretion. Results: In treatment groups the contents of TFN-γ,TNF-α both increased and the contents of slgA, IL-4, IL-10 all decreased. The content changes of cytokines in high dose group was more obvious than in low dose groups( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions= Interferon can change the content of slgA and cytokines in cervical secretion. It might enhance the cervical local immunization through regulation of Th1/Th2 balance.
