摘要
目的:探讨经皮球囊扩张血管成形术(PTA)治疗血液透析患者动静脉内瘘狭窄的疗效。方法:比较血透患者PTA治疗前后的血管造影情况及血液透析血流量的变化。结果:PTA术后血管造影显示狭窄的血管扩张、再通,血透血流量>200 mL/min。结论:PTA治疗是血透患者动静脉内瘘狭窄的有效治疗手段。
Objective：To investigate the effect of percutaneous balloon dilatation angioplasty in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula stenosis in hemodialysis patients.Methods：Compare the angiographic and hemodialysis blood flow changes before and after PTA treatment in hemodialysis patients.Results：Angiography showed the dilatation of the narrow blood vessels after PTA,and the blood flow rate was more than 200 mL/min.Conclusion：PTA is an effective treatment for the stenosis of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.
