摘要
本文介绍了用免疫单向琼脂扩散方法,检测良、恶性乳腺组织胞液中的SIgA含量。结果,SIgA(μg/ml)含量:正常乳腺组织为9.4;良性乳腺组织为7.8,两者无显著意义(P\0.05)。恶性乳腺组织为3.4;与正常乳腺组织和良性乳腺组织相比均有非常显著性差别(P<0.01)。文章比较了术前化疗与未用化疗患者和同一标本正常组织与癌组织SIgA的含量,均有显著意义(P<0.01)。本文讨论了乳腺组织中SIgA含量对指导乳腺癌患者术后免疫治疗中的作用。
The levels of secretory IgA (SIgA) were determined in mammary tissues solely by single immunodiffusion assay. The results showed that the concentrations of SIgA in mammary tissues were 9.4 mg/ml for normal tissues, 7.8 mg/ml for benign lesions, and 3.4 mg/ml for malignant tumors respectively. The levels of SIgA in cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in normal tissues as well as benign lesions (P<0.01). The statistically significant differences were also showed between patients with and without presurgical chemotherapy, and also between the malignant leions and their surrounding normal tissues. The role of SIgA assay in the treatment of postsurgical patients with breast cancer withimmunotherapy was discussed.
